Graduated from S.M.U and enjoyed a 36-year career in publishing (first newspapers, then books and magazines with the BSA). Except for one summer in Abilene and one summer in Austin while in college, I never left Dallas. Coached youth sports and served as a Scouting volunteer. Now I'm a full-time grandfather.
