I worked in the medical field, various positions, for many, many years. Worked for 2 retina surgeons for 17 years, then tried the property management thing for about 5 years. Retired for 3 years, then got bored so I went to work part-time at AZZ incorporated, 401(k) and leave of absence stuff. I worked there for seven years and retired at the end of December 2012.
We have a home in Chipeta Park, CO as well, and try to get up there as often as we can. That's the retirement home! Our 3 children and 2 grandchildren keep us here for the moment. After 10 years in 1 house, we decided to move during the hottest summer ever, I think!

I remember making fun of Mrs. Dick and her name on the first day of Sophmore English, (so immature!!) then she turned out to be one of my favorites! Who brought the list of dirty words to Mrs. Kendricks' class that we could all say in French? Loved Mr. Holladay's class, but he and I disagreed on liking "Gone with the Wind". Gave Mrs. Walter pure hell, (sorry teachers out there). Consoled alot of broken hearts, you know you are! I had a broken heart too, you know you are!! Had a lot of fun, going to the drive-in movies with Nancy West and Lin Neighbors. Lin had a older sister that could buy booze, which was a plus! Remember renting the room at the Lamplighter on So. 1st and finished off some bottle before Kaye Cross and David Kivlehen got there to help drink it! (I had help doing that) Loved Mr. Humphrey, he was so young and cool. I loved speech with Mrs. Stannard. After my speech about Tiny Tim, she said I had poise (yeah, right) I love reading all the bios and the rememberences. And, of course, who can forget Mack's! How many hours did we spend driving around that place? Who worried about gas then?
Some things I do not remember! I love looking at the pictures folks are sending in. Keep on sending in those updates! And photos, those are a lot of fun! Wow, 40 years do things to folks!
